Biden’s chief of staff, Ron Klain, said Saturday that Biden has a list of ten decisions he plans to implement already the same day he takes office as president on Wednesday.

According to the Canadian Radio Canada the sinking of the disputed pipeline is one of the items on the list.

Klain mentioned the reintegration of the United States into the Paris Agreement and the lifting of the ban on immigration from certain Muslim countries, but not Keystone.

Barack Obama once demolished the pipeline, but Donald Trump reversed that decision. Biden said last fall he would tear it down, although Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tried to persuade him to allow construction to continue.

Keystone was to connect pipeline networks in Canada and the United States to transport hundreds of thousands of tons of heavy oil from the oil sands fields of Alberta to the United States. But the plans have been heavily criticized by environmentalists.
