Next Friday (28), singer-songwriter Késia will be appearing on the Futuro Presente cycle, at 6pm, performing songs from her EP “Intensa”. The cycle pocket show, which takes place for free at Espaço Registro Banco do Brasil, supports the new music scene in Rio and takes place every month, on Fridays.
The singer-songwriter gained national fame through participation in the musicals Beth Carvalho and Elza Soares, as well as in the programs The Voice Brasil (2012) and Fora de Hora (2020 – TV Globo). On
music, has worked with names like: Sain, A Banca 021, Coruja BC1, MC Tchelinho (Heavy Baile) and HIRAN.
In 2020, he released the original songs “Clima de Prazer” and “Tua Hora” in the project “Proteja Os Seus Sonhos (POSS)”, developed by AUR in collaboration with MangoLab. In 2021, he participated in POSS – Volume 2, with “Baile de Pretx” in partnership with HIRAN. Her first EP, “INTENSA”, released in December 2021, is a compact _love songs_ that deals with affection in 5 different moments in a relationship. To tell this story, the artist abused R&B timbres, mixed in with more of the rhythmic elements of Brazilian music.
