Sales are nearing the bottom of forecasts of analysts consulted Dow Jones Newswireswhich expect volumes of between 500 thousand tonnes and 1.2 million tonnes a week.

Shipments for the period totaled 666,400 tonnes in the week, 3% below the previous week but 13% above the previous four week average.

The main destinations are Mexico (338.7 thousand t), Colombia (126.7 thousand t), Japan (85.4 thousand t), Honduras (51.9 thousand t) and Canada (14.6 thousand t).
