Regional office of Vela Software Canada purchased the technology division for notary office Alkasoft, a Santa Catarina company with more than 27 years providing solutions for law, notary offices and brands. With the acquisition came a new company called Cartdigi.

The new company, linked to the Brazilian division of Vela Software Group, based in Belo Horizonte (MG), will be managed by Cicero Triches, one of Alkasoft’s partners and founders, and will maintain all operations, management and national business rules. . . In the notary segment, Vela already owns Escriba and Ansata, out-of-court technology companies in Paraná.

According to the announcement, Cartdigi will follow Brazilian statutory data management standards — read the General Data Protection Act (LGPD), by employing Brazilian legal entities and restricting access to information guaranteed by Brazilian administrator passwords. . The company said it would comply with the rules of the District Court, National Judiciary Council (CNJ) and the National Center.

“Our work and services remain national. Our clients will also continue with specialized services for areas outside the law. This new phase will bring benefits such as access to a large community of software companies, where we will be able to share knowledge and new technologies that will benefit our customers”, explains Cicero Triches, Cartdigi manager.

The new company remains responsible for supporting the Cart line notary system, which already has four products for out-of-court notary offices for real estate registration (Cart Imóveis), notary office (Cart Notas), civil registration (Cart Civil) and property registration, and legal entity documents (Cart Titles and Documents).
