Lula won in England, France and Palestine; Bolsonaro in Israel, Paraguay, Venezuela | Elections in Numbers

With 99.15% of overseas polls counted at 00:50 on Monday (3) first round from election, candidate Lula (PT) took the lead and got 47.13% of the vote. The data comes from the High Electoral Court (TSE).

So far, in foreign cities with 100% voter turnout, PT won in 79. Thus, Lula won in countries like Palestine, UK and France.

Jair Bolsonaro, in turn, won in 44 cities and secured victories in countries such as Israel, Paraguay and Venezuela (see below the list of cities and countries).

The PT secures a majority of votes in China and the total number of polls should show its victory in that country. The same is true of Bolsonaro in countries with large concentrations of Brazilians, such as the US and Japan.

The two candidates received the most votes in total and will follow the second round on October 30.
