Mbappé confirms exit from PSG, but rejects Real Madrid rumours

Football star Kylian Mbappé has stated that he has never spoken to Paris Saint-Germain management about extending his contract with the club.
The superstar also told AFP news agency that a letter had been sent to his current employer on Monday stating it would be inappropriate to trigger an option granting a one-year contract extension next summer.
Mbappé also claims to have given the same message in July last year. The intent of the letter sent on Monday was only to “confirm what was previously discussed”.
Newspaper Le Parisien claims the superstar has a desire to go to Real Madrid this summer, and that he has “never been closer” to leaving PSG.
Mbappé has distanced himself from the newspaper message.
– Liar, he signed Twitter and a link to the Le Parisien case.
– I have already said that I will continue next season at PSG, where I am very happy, continued Mbappé.
The 24-year-old player’s contract with PSG will expire in June next year. That means he is free to join a new club in January.
The New York Times has speculated that the decision now made could force the French club to consider selling the striker this summer. The alternative is that he goes for free in a year.
Mbappé has been playing for the French club since 2018. At the same time, rumors have circulated for several seasons that he is highly wanted by Real Madrid. Most hope the Spaniard strengthens with a striker like Karim Benzema did at the club.
