Maple Bear students gain recognition for their awards

National and international highlights, students at the Canadian School of goiania – Maple Bear has been recognized with prizes in competitions involving science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

According to the educational institution, the domains involve a series of other approaches, which point to cohesive learning, based on real-world applications, primarily, in the encouragement of interdisciplinarity, in addition to the innovation, one of Maple’s main areas of work. Bear.

In 2022, the students won the “Mission Impossible” category of the World Robotics Tournament – FIRA 2022, considered the Robotics World Cup and the biggest event in the segment on the whole planet. The students have emerged as champions on the world stage in the dispute with students from countries like Mexico and Colombia.

In just one of the various competitions, students reached the milestone of 64 awards, including 11 gold medals, 10 received silver, 21 bronze and 22 honors.

To justify the results, the institution emphasizes that the methodology applied on a daily basis, by arousing, through the teachers, the permanent interest of the students for the various nuances of mathematics, technology, robotics, innovation, logical reasoning, among other perspectives on practical issues, promotes student success.
