Neymar unstoppable at online poker

The Brazilian national team and Al Hilal ace are getting better at poker. This weekend he organized an in-person championship for his friends, but at the same time decided to participate in PokerStars’ online tournaments.

Neymar registered for the “Titans Event”, one of the most expensive competitions on the Red Star website. The US$5,200 buy-in tournament had 89 entries and the guaranteed prize pool of US$250,000 was spread, reaching US$445,000.

For the 3rd time, the footballer reached the final table. In October he took a good 2nd place and a few weeks later he was eliminated 6th. This time, he finished 8th and received $914,948, as published by the “SuperPoker” portal.

Cultural ambassador of PokerStars, he was eliminated during a clash with Argentinian Ramiro Petrone. With KJ in different colors, the Brazilian lost to a 66 after an all-in where the board found T75T2.

Neymar’s mentor also did well

One of Neymar’s main poker influencers is Brazilian veteran André Akkari. A WSOP world champion in 2011, the card ace is also PokerStars’ longest-serving active ambassador.
