On Thursday last week it became known that Torbjørg Vanvik had chosen to step down as head of the controversial Health Platform.
– We are in a demanding situation where trust in Platform Health has weakened, and I appreciate that it is necessary for project management and governance to take action, said CEO Stig Slørdahl of Helse Midt-Norge in a board meeting last Thursday.

Now the Helseplattformen board is working to find a new managing director.
– The US Helseplattformen Council forms a separate working group to work on recruiting a permanent managing director. The goal is for the appointment to be made as quickly as possible, said chairman Helge Garåsen.
The decision to hire Utne from Hemit HF was taken after the extraordinary Helseplattformen AS board meeting on Tuesday 14th March.
