Justin Bieber commented on the suspension of his tour in Latin America after appearing at Rock in Rio this Sunday (4). In a note released on Tuesday (6), he said he was tired and intended to maintain his health. Watch, above, the best moments of the show at the festival.

The Canadian singer is scheduled for concerts in São Paulo, Chile and Argentina. According to the press office, they were not canceled. However, there is no information regarding a new date yet. (read details below).

At Rock in Rio, the singer played amidst rumors that he would be canceling the rest of the tour to take care of his mental health.

“Last weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio and gave everything for the people in Brazil. After leaving the stage, fatigue took over and I realized that I need to prioritize my health now,” he said.

“So I’m taking a break from touring for now. I’ll be fine, but I need time to rest and get better.” Read the full note below:

‘Suspended’ Show

The two shows in São Paulo were sold out and will take place on September 14 and 15.

According to a statement, shows in Chile, which were scheduled for this Wednesday (7), and Argentina, which were scheduled for Saturday (10) and Sunday (11), were also suspended.

As well as shows in South America, the tour initially had dates in countries such as South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, India and Japan. The final show is scheduled for March 2023 in Poland.

“We regret to inform you that due to personal issues of artist Justin Bieber, his ‘Justice World Tour Latin America’ has been suspended, including his shows in São Paulo which will be held on September 14 and 15.

To the fans who bought tickets and were looking forward to seeing their idols, we share your frustration. We are together and we hope Bieber returns to São Paulo as soon as possible.”
