Skrillex has made history in Lolla. In 2015, it was voted the best act at that year's festival, with a presentation made of an “electronic mix”, with a range of reggae, pop, rock and dubstep.
DJs will perform this Sunday, on the main stage, starting at 9 p.m. That ended the third and final day of the festival. Skrillex joined the lineup after rapper Drake canceled his participation.
Drake cancels performance at Lollapalooza Brazil 2023
According to a statement sent by the festival's production team, Drake did not have any members of his team, making it impossible for his performance to take place.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Drake was without members of his sound and production team, which are essential to hosting Lollapalooza in São Paulo. Drake was excited to perform for his fans in Brazil. Unfortunately, this was out of his control. Sorry,” said notes published on the Lollapalooza social network.
